Performing daily banking transactions, monitoring cash flow, and managing working capital Maintaining financial records for staff, customers, and vendors, including processing expense reports and reimbursements Handling sales tax and corporate quarterly tax returns and payments Coordinating warranty credits for customers and processing vendor invoices and payments Process monthly reimbursement expenses by collecting and analyzing receipts from sales team Preparing financial reports and analyses for the management team Managing bank accounts, reconciliations, and deposits Processing Annual Nexus Reports and 1099 data for suppliers Ensuring compliance with financial policies and working closely with the General Manager and Corporate Accounting team If You Have: A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in A/P and A/R A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong math, research, and analytical skills Knowledge of accounting principles and financial legislation Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing company while advancing your career in accounting, apply today!
