Agile Coach / Release Train EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.This role functions as both an Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer, providing Agile leadership while facilitating the execution and continuous improvement of one or more Agile Release Trains. The ideal candidate will coach leaders and teams on Lean-Agile principles and lead key ceremonies to optimize value delivery.Responsibilities:Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Lean-Agile principles, practices, and mindsetServe as the primary facilitator and servant leader for one or more Agile Release TrainsLead ART ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt eventsEstablish and monitor ART-level metrics to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvementIdentify, manage, and escalate cross-team risks, impediments, and dependenciesPartner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and optimize value deliveryDrive execution and flow of epics, features, and enablers through the delivery lifecycleFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the ARTCoach teams and leaders through organizational change and Agile transformation initiativesSupport portfolio and program-level planning activities to ensure strategic alignment and delivery readinessPlan, coordinate, and facilitate Program Increment PlanningTrack progress against PI objectives and communicate material changes, risks, and delivery concerns to appropriate stakeholdersRequirements:Deep knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, and Agile coaching techniquesExperience serving as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or related Agile leadership roleDemonstrated ability to facilitate large-scale planning and execution across multiple teamsProven track record of coaching leaders and teams while simultaneously driving delivery outcomesStrong facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and servant leadership skillsExcellent analysis and troubleshooting skillsProcess and detailed orientedWillingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignmentsAbility to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problemsSelf-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelinesDesired skills:Agile AcumenFlawless ExecutionProblem Solving and InfluencingTime Management and Emotional IntelligencePolished and professional in phone and email communicationsTeam player with exemplary work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with senior management under highly demanding conditionsStrong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraintsPay range: $74.51 - $82.51 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
