Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to assist residents within our senior living facilities. This position involves working directly on-site, where you will:
- Assess residents' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
- Implement evidence-based therapies aimed at enhancing mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Educate residents and their families on safety measures and fall prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care through electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
