Part-Time Nanny

Location: Westford, Massachusetts
Compensation : $30-$35 per hour
Commitment Level: Part-time, long-term, live-out
Guaranteed Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-9:00 AM and 3:30 PM-5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

A family in Westford, Massachusetts is seeking a warm, dependable part-time Nanny for their two young children. The role covers weekday mornings and afternoons. Mornings include getting both children ready for the day and handling school and daycare drop-off, both within a short drive of the home. Afternoons are focused on the older child, meeting him off the bus at the home and providing engaging care through the end of the shift. The family is looking for a calm, steady, and consistent presence in the household and is interested in a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging care for two young children
• Assist both children with morning routines and getting ready for the day
• Handle morning school drop-off and daycare/family drop-off
• Meet the older child off the afternoon bus at the home and provide care through the end of the shift
• Prepare snacks and lead age-appropriate activities and downtime
• Tidy up after the children and maintain child-related spaces

Requirements

• Prior professional childcare experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Warm, patient, and reliable caregiving approach
• Comfortable in a home with two friendly dogs
• Able to commit to a set weekday split schedule long-term
• Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
