• M - F, 7 am - 12 pm
• 5 - 7 patients per day
• All-ages patient population -- 2 years and up
• Primary care, wellness exams, follow-ups, cold & flu
• Acute care and occupational health coverage
• Hospital privileges required

• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
