The primary goal is satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity. Specifically, the Production Clerk is responsible for a variety of data entry duties including, but not limited to, any factors which aid in the day-to-day operations of production. Personal and interpersonal skills are required in order to keep the Production Control team informed. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

• Preforms all necessary data entry with regard to MRP system (SAP) as well as Excel.
• Enter necessary information into Project Master Schedule to ensure proper drawing due dates and installation scheduling of all jobs and projects
• Filing and coping all necessary documents as they relate to the business
• Create shipping instructions and arrange necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred)

Work Environment

• Overtime may be required as needed.
• Occasional travel may be needed.
• Office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and a lot of time keyboarding and looking at a monitor.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some Manufacturing work environment preferred
