Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 per year Location: Bristol, Tennessee Position: Full‑time, exempt Responsibilities Participate in an integrated care team model with physicians, psychologists, and mental health professionals. Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy to adult and adolescent patients. Conduct family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as indicated. Customize care plans for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration. Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation following each session. Collaborate on evidence‑based treatment plans and coordinate care with the team. Schedule & Flexibility Create custom schedules that fit your needs. Typically work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑7:00 PM.
