DHL is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair equipment within our new, state-of-the-art customization operation supporting a major consumer-products brand. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on machinery diagnostics, equipment repair, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing or production and has experience with industrial maintenance, production equipment, mechanical systems, and machinery diagnostics.

Schedule: First (1st) Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime required based on business needs.

Pay: $27.50 / hour

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and industrial equipment

Diagnose machinery and equipment issues using technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and industry control software

Use schematics, blueprints, and manuals to identify and complete repairs

Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues, minimize equipment downtime, and improve reliability

Collaborate with department leaders and relay necessary support to outside vendors for repairs, parts, etc.

Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance and repair histories

Follow OSHA, DHL, and lockout/tagout safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area including tools, parts, and documentation

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school certifications, desirable
• 1+ years of hands-on industrial, manufacturing, or production equipment maintenance experience
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment, desirable
• Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
