Full-Time Telehealth Dietitian – Women’s Health (Salary + Benefits) Pacific Time Simplex Health is seeking a Women’s Health Dietitian (Registered Dietitian, RD/RDN) to provide telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy using an integrative and functional nutrition approach. This fully remote role focuses primarily on pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, including gestational diabetes (GDM), while also supporting women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, gut health, and metabolic health. Reports to: Senior Clinical Director Compensation: 32 hours/week (4‑day work week): $44,000–$59,000 annually 40 hours/week (5‑day work week): $55,000–$70,000 annually Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability. Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) strongly preferred IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential a plus); candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome Prior experience supporting pregnant patients or managing gestational diabetes PA license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; this process may take 3–6 months. Role Responsibilities Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach, with a primary focus on pregnancy and gestational diabetes (GDM) Assess nutritional health of patients/clients with attention to prenatal needs, blood sugar regulation, and hormone‑related conditions Monitor and review daily blood glucose logs for GDM patients, providing timely feedback, adjustments, and ongoing support Educate and train patients on proper use of glucose meters and blood sugar monitoring techniques Develop and modify individualized nutrition care plans, with a focus on glycemic control during pregnancy Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care Implement Simplex Health protocols and materials in patient care Document all new and follow‑up appointments in the Healthie platform with strong attention to detail Respond to all patient communications in a timely and supportive manner Communicate openly and effectively to resolve work‑related issues or conflicts Proactively contribute to team collaboration and support team decisions and outcomes Adhere to all company policies and procedures Stay current and forward‑thinking with emerging research in women’s health, prenatal nutrition, and diabetes care Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow‑ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes What to expect (Benefits & Onboarding) Structured onboarding and training Regular case reviews and clinical collaboration Real‑time support via team chat and peer connection Team meetings and shared learning opportunities Opportunities to contribute to committees, resources, and clinical initiatives Credentialing: If you’re not yet in‑network, our team fully manages the insurance credentialing process on your behalf, including covering all associated fees and handling the paperwork. Ramp‑Up To Full‑time: This role begins in a ramp‑up phase with variable hours as your patient caseload grows, transitioning into a full‑time, salaried schedule once full‑time metrics are met. Our team provides consistent referrals and support to help you build a full and sustainable schedule as quickly as possible.
