Full-Time Telehealth Dietitian – Women’s Health (Salary + Benefits) Pacific Time Simplex Health is seeking a Women’s Health Dietitian (Registered Dietitian, RD/RDN) to provide telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy using an integrative and functional nutrition approach. This fully remote role focuses primarily on pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, including gestational diabetes (GDM), while also supporting women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, gut health, and metabolic health. Unlike many outpatient roles, this position offers a full‑time, salaried structure with benefits, providing stability and consistency in your schedule and income—while giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The ideal candidate has experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling, is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania, and is passionate about delivering personalized, root‑cause care to support long‑term health outcomes. We partner with hospitals, healthcare practices, and individuals to provide personalized nutrition support, especially for women navigating pregnancy, gestational diabetes (GDM), hormonal imbalances, and related conditions. Our approach centers on prevention, root‑cause resolution, and sustainable lifestyle change, helping patients feel supported during critical life stages like pregnancy and beyond. Services are delivered virtually through telehealth, allowing us to meet patients where they are with accessible, high‑quality care. Our evidence‑based, progressive nutrition interventions consider each patient’s unique biochemistry. Through nutrition counseling, education, health coaching, and ongoing support, we empower patients—particularly women—to achieve healthy pregnancies, improve metabolic health, and create lasting, sustainable outcomes. Schedule Options: Choose between a 4‑day (32‑hour) or 5‑day (40‑hour) work week, with flexibility to design a schedule that fits both your preferences and your patients’ needs. Reports to: Senior Clinical Director Compensation: 32 hours/week (4‑day work week): $44,000–$59,000 annually 40 hours/week (5‑day work week): $55,000–$70,000 annually Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability. What we are looking for: Are passionate about women’s health, pregnancy, and gestational diabetes (GDM) Take an integrative and functional nutrition approach to care Thrive in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment Have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care Have experience or strong interest in prenatal nutrition, GDM, or hormone‑related conditions Hold current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Are credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies Want to spend more time with patients and less time running a business Preferred: Availability for evening appointments strongly preferred to meet patient demand, with flexibility based on individual scheduling needs. Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) strongly preferred IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential a plus); candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome Prior experience supporting pregnant patients or managing gestational diabetes PA license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; this process may take 3–6 months. Role Responsibilities Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach, with a primary focus on pregnancy and gestational diabetes (GDM) Assess nutritional health of patients/clients with attention to prenatal needs, blood sugar regulation, and hormone‑related conditions Monitor and review daily blood glucose logs for GDM patients, providing timely feedback, adjustments, and ongoing support Educate and train patients on proper use of glucose meters and blood sugar monitoring techniques Develop and modify individualized nutrition care plans, with a focus on glycemic control during pregnancy Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care Implement Simplex Health protocols and materials in patient care Document all new and follow‑up appointments in the Healthie platform with strong attention to detail Respond to all patient communications in a timely and supportive manner Communicate openly and effectively to resolve work‑related issues or conflicts Proactively contribute to team collaboration and support team decisions and outcomes Adhere to all company policies and procedures Stay current and forward‑thinking with emerging research in women’s health, prenatal nutrition, and diabetes care Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow‑ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes What to expect (Benefits & Onboarding) Structured onboarding and training Regular case reviews and clinical collaboration Real‑time support via team chat and peer connection Team meetings and shared learning opportunities Opportunities to contribute to committees, resources, and clinical initiatives Credentialing: If you’re not yet in‑network, our team fully manages the insurance credentialing process on your behalf, including covering all associated fees and handling the paperwork. Ramp‑Up To Full‑time: This role begins in a ramp‑up phase with variable hours as your patient caseload grows, transitioning into a full‑time, salaried schedule once full‑time metrics are met. Our team provides consistent referrals and support to help you build a full and sustainable schedule as quickly as possible. Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 32 or 40 hours per week, with the ability to structure your schedule in a way that works best for you and your patients 4‑Day Work Week (32 hours): A condensed schedule option designed to support balance, energy, and sustainability Performance‑Based Bonus Opportunities: Earn additional income based on patient retention and face‑to‑face care time. Supplement Commissions: Earn 12.5% of MSRP on supplements purchased through Fullscript, providing additional earning potential Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) (after 90 days) Discretionary Holiday Break: Office closed between Christmas and New Year’s Fitness Allowance: Partial reimbursement for gym memberships, fitness classes, or wellness activities Simplex Wellness on Demand: Free access to virtual fitness programs Time Zone & Schedule Our operations and patient base are primarily in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Candidates in Pacific or Mountain time zones have the unique advantage of working standard daytime hours in their local time zone while providing essential evening coverage for our East Coast patients. Please note that administrative support is available from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and while live attendance at team meetings is encouraged, recordings will be provided for those unable to join due to time zone differences.
