As Product Manager for Repair & Rebuild, you'll be the technical and commercial expert responsible for extending the life of Ovivo's installed base of clarification and sedimentation equipment - serving municipal utilities and industrial clients who depend on it every day.With over 10,000 clarifier installations and 75+ years of experience in the field, Ovivo's Clarification business carries one of the deepest installed bases in the industry. This role puts you at the center of that legacy - evaluating aging equipment, scoping repair and rebuild solutions, and partnering with customers to protect their most critical treatment assets. It's equal parts technical investigation, client partnership, and commercial execution.What You'll DoYou'll work within a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing - serving as a go-to resource for Ovivo's repair, rebuild, and aftermarket solutions across both municipal and industrial accounts.Evaluate customer equipment and provide expert recommendations on repair scenarios, rebuild options, product application, and sizing.Develop and deliver proposals, sales quotes, cost estimates, and pricing for repair and rebuild projects - taking ownership of the full commercial cycle.Conduct field visits to potential rebuild sites, assess equipment condition, and define scope of work firsthand.Provide specification reviews, general arrangement drawings, technical data, and other sales support materials as needed.Execute customer presentations and lead field sales activities to grow the R&R business.Collaborate with rebuild centers and subcontractors to coordinate labor and execution on the repair side of the business.Support equipment start-up activities and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams.Evaluate market opportunities and provide informed recommendations on where to pursue - and where not to.Work with and motivate a network of sales representatives; develop sales tools and strategies to ensure OEM status and sole-source positioning.Recommend product improvements and standardization opportunities to strengthen the offering over time.Assemble and provide detailed equipment information to the Engineering team to support project execution.Who You AreWe're looking for someone who is mechanically curious, commercially motivated, and energized by solving problems in the field - not just behind a desk.S. degree (Engineering or technical discipline preferred), or a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable technical experience in lieu of a degree.Experience in a similar field involving sales, bids, drawings, or blueprints - water/wastewater industry knowledge is a strong plus.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering documents, specifications, and drawings.Comfortable communicating on a technical level - both verbally and in writing - and capable of delivering effective customer presentations.Experience or familiarity with wastewater and water treatment products and associated equipment.Able to meet customer site safety and access requirements as needed for field work.A self-starter who thrives working independently, managing multiple opportunities, and making sound commercial judgments.Don't meet every single requirement?
