Enterprise Solution Sales Executive – Jira Service Management Atlassian offers flexible work options (office, home, or hybrid) and hires in any country with a legal entity to support employees' family, personal goals, and priorities. Responsibilities: Expert product selling and owning end-to-end Jira Service Management sales motions. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through solution design, business case, negotiations, and close. Develop territory/account strategies to drive net new revenue and expansion. Engage customers for value selling with ROI analysis and build value hypotheses. Lead competitive campaigns against ServiceNow, BMC, and Ivanti, and drive cloud migrations. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and partners. Forecast and manage pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology. Act as the voice of the customer to shape product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
