Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy plans to promote optimal function, mobility, and overall well-being for our patients

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment interventions

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve desired outcomes, including exercise, education, and manual therapy

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient

• Provide ongoing feedback and education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and support

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical competencies to ensure best practices and excellence in patient care

Requirements:

• Current State physical therapy licensure

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and needs
