We're looking for an experienced McDonald's Certified Shift Manager to join our leadership team. If you're already certified through McDonald's and have a passion for leading people, delivering outstanding customer service, and running exceptional shifts, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead successful shifts while ensuring exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
- Coach, motivate, and develop crew members
- Maintain food safety and operational excellence
- Manage labor, speed of service, and shift profitability
- Monitor inventory and product quality
- Ensure restaurant safety and security
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Train and develop crew members
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow shift leaders
- Help achieve restaurant performance goals.
Qualifications
- Current McDonald's Shift Manager Certification is REQUIRED
- Previous McDonald's management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of McDonald's operational standards
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
