ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 after spending time in pharmaceutical sales, driven by a long-standing goal of becoming a business owner. I completed my undergraduate studies at Minnesota State Moorhead and earned my graduate degree from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, I have a background in MMA and boxing, which has shaped a disciplined, focused, and resilient approach to leadership. Our team includes four members, and we operate with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in everything we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashkan Morvari - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
