Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Flexible scheduling is available within our office hours of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. After successfully completing onboarding, this position has the option for remote work (must reside within Connecticut). Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay with additional incentives Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency Requirements Bilingual: English and Spanish is a major plus Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Self‑motivated Detail oriented Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to multi‑task Ability to effectively relate to a customer If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
