What You’ll Do As the Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll own the digital growth strategy across multiple consumer brands while remaining actively involved in execution. You’ll lead initiatives that improve customer acquisition, retention, eCommerce performance, and overall profitability. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple consumer brands. Own customer acquisition, retention, and profitable revenue growth. Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, paid search, paid social, and display advertising. Optimize Shopify performance, website conversion rates, merchandising, customer journeys, Average Order Value (AOV), Lifetime Value (LTV), and customer acquisition costs. Drive CRM and retention strategies through email marketing, SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and automated lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo. Expand social commerce initiatives, including TikTok Shop, live selling, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships. Support marketplace growth through Amazon advertising, listing optimization, promotions, and marketplace strategy. Analyze business performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and attribution reporting to uncover growth opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with leadership, creative, eCommerce, and brand teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Build scalable marketing processes, manage agency relationships, and help grow an internal marketing team. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a builder who enjoys creating systems, testing ideas, and driving meaningful business results. Required Qualifications 6+ years of digital marketing experience with leadership responsibilities. Strong background leading DTC eCommerce marketing. Hands‑on expertise with Shopify. Experience owning paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Strong experience with Klaviyo, CRM, email marketing, and retention strategies. Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and performance reporting. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign performance. Proven leadership experience building teams and collaborating across departments. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and profitability. Preferred Experience Beauty, fragrance, skincare, wellness, consumer goods, or DTC brands. TikTok Shop and social commerce. Amazon marketplace strategy. Influencer marketing and live commerce.
