Responsibilities Lead & Coach: Manage and develop a team of HVAC and Plumbing service technicians (and dispatch as applicable) through regular one‑on‑ones, ride‑alongs, and weekly technical training Drive the "First Time Fix Rate": Troubleshoot any hurdles in real‑time to prevent project delays and foster a culture where we get it right the first time Own the Results: Drive the service department’s success - from revenue and margins to average ticket size and membership growth Champion the 5‑Star Experience: Ensure every call results in a happy customer and a glowing review by minimizing callbacks and maximizing first‑call resolutions Optimize Operations: Use ServiceTitan to run clear scorecards and improve processes so trucks roll on time and issues are resolved fast Collaborate: Partner with Install, Sales, and Office teams to ensure a seamless "TR Miller experience" for every homeowner Note: This job description is not intended to contain a comprehensive list of all activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required.
