Senior Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision‑making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth. Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive‑ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders. Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness. Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions. Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self‑service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data‑informed decisions. Qualifications 5-8 years of relevant experience Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success High ownership with a strong bias for action Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail Self‑driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer‑focused environment Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision‑making Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly Desired Profile Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights for both operational and executive audiences. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 to $63.65 per hour; from: $61,200 to $132,400 per annum. 8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position.
