Senior Business Development Representative

Our client, located in the Green Hills area of Nashville, is seeking two direct-hire Business Development Representatives to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate would have a background in SaaS, tech, or healthcare B2B sales and be able to work an on-site schedule Monday - Friday. Duties: Own and grow executive-level relationships with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations through a blend of new business development and account management. Act as the primary relationship lead, coordinating internal subject matter experts and identifying opportunities across multiple service offerings, including consulting, technology, and investment solutions. Execute proactive outreach and pipeline development efforts while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships in a consultative, client-focused environment. Seeking a strategic thinker with executive presence, high learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers.
