Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Cross sell and upsell to earn more money Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain) Life and Health License (must be able to obtain) BI-Lingual Spanish is a plus Please complete our application if you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role.
