Customer Service Representative (440 Required)

Customer Service Representative Comfort Insurance and Finances is seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team and deliver exceptional service to our clients. If you already hold a 4-40 license and are looking for a stable, team-oriented environment where your experience is valued, we'd love to connect. Compensation & Benefits $18$20/hour + bonus incentives 401(k) Dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off + holidays Consistent MondayFriday schedule (no weekends) What You'll Do Assist clients with policy questions, billing, and coverage details Support sales agents with applications, endorsements, and policy changes Process quotes and service requests accurately and efficiently Deliver policies and conduct follow-ups as needed Maintain detailed and compliant client records Provide professional service via phone and email Requirements Active Florida 4-40 (required) 12+ years of insurance customer service or related experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team player with a customer-first mindset Job Details Location: 3399 NW 72nd Ave #212, Miami, FL Schedule: Monday Friday | 9 AM 5 PM Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Why Join Us?
