As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carlos Luis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our agency was opened in 2000 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing firsthand claims experience into agency leadership. Our team includes seven members, and we've built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade. We're looking for outgoing, driven team members who thrive in a high-performing environment and want to be part of a team that strives to be the very best.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and must be 440 Licensed.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
