Senior Consultant, Health Care

DescriptionThe Senior Health Care Consultant will work closely with firm management to lead complex internal and external projects. This will involve hands-on work with client staff, providers, executives, vendors and other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative care models and improve health outcomes. Project scopes may focus on clinical redesign, financial modeling, network development, strategic planning, data analytics and/or organizational transformation. This position requires an in-depth working knowledge of the health care environment and market issues at the federal, state and local level. This includes mapping out resource needs, critical path, identifying risks and issues at project and critical success factors Provide direction, expectations and requirements to team engaged in assigned workstream(s)Manage the development of deliverables across projects or workstreams to ensure final products meet or exceed industry standards and organizational expectationsBuild and manage relationships with key executives and staff at the client site to ensure the success of the engagementMeet or exceed all contractual obligations, while maintaining high levels of client satisfactionLeverage and convene work groups/meetings between clients, COPE Health Solutions’ staff and subject matter experts when necessary and appropriateAccountable for proactive risk management across multiple projects through diligent management of scope of work, budget, project resources, and regular status updates with key stakeholders. Execute mitigation strategies as neededContribute thought leadership to engagements and organizational knowledge to continually improve work products and enhance valueMaintain deep understanding of our firm's service lines/offerings and seek out opportunities to understand and participate in firm's business development pipeline and sales cycle.
