Senior Accountant Consultant

Senior Accountant (Consultant) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and supporting schedules Analyze financial results and investigate variances Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco Recruiter Services
