Contract Specialist - Commercial Construction

We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our Risk & Legal team and help manage the full lifecycle of construction contracts. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to project teams, legal counsel, and operations leaders by supporting owner agreements, master service agreements, vendor compliance, and contract administration processes. You'll play a critical role in reviewing, finalizing, tracking, and improving contract workflows while helping ensure agreements align with company risk standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to mitigate risk and drive operational excellence. What You'll Do Review, prepare, and finalize construction agreements, including AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, master agreements, and GMP amendments Partner with General and Associate Counsel on contract review, risk assessment, and agreement administration Serve as a trusted resource for project teams on contract requirements, execution status, and best practices Oversee contract execution, document management, and workflow tracking through systems such as Procore and DocuSign Support vendor onboarding, compliance reviews, and due diligence activities Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, standardize documentation, and enhance operational efficiency Assist with legal, administrative, and special project support as needed What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or paralegal work within the construction industry Experience with AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, and master service agreements Strong contract review skills with the ability to identify risk and escalat...
