Customer Advocate

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Advocate will assist members with healthcare inquiries, medications, and appointments while managing 50-70 interactions daily in a structured environment. Key responsibilities Assist members in navigating healthcare questions and benefits with empathy and precision Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain effective communication and support Required qualifications High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred) Experience in handling complex or sensitive customer interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
