CNC Machine OperatorWe are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a key client located in Sterling Heights. CNC Lathe experience is preferred. We are hiring on all three shifts. These positions offer significant benefits including:Up to $24 starting pay depending on experienceMedical, dental and vision benefitsPTOHoliday payOpportunity for advancementOvertimeJob Duties:Knowledge and understanding of metric/standard measurements and decimalsAbility to read and understand blueprintsAbility to run one or more machine while monitoring offsets and tool changesUnderstand and troubleshoot basic machine alarmsLoad and unload parts and componentsControl part specifications and quality adjustmentsAbility to perform necessary procedures while maintaining cleanlinessRequirements:1+ Years Machine Operating experienceCNC Operating experience is preferredAbility to use basic gauges such as micrometers, calipers, height stands, attribute gauges, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environmentAbility to understand and follow safety and quality guidelinesAbility to read, comprehend and write English for completion of documentation and effective communication with teammatesManual dexterity & ability to lift up to 50 pounds.This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and develop your skills as a Machine Operator.
