An opportunity is available for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to work night shifts at a busy 359-bed Level 1 Trauma and Level 4 NICU teaching hospital. This facility is known for its progressive environment and outstanding team culture, serving as one of the largest pediatric medical providers in the U.S. and the only pediatric center in Arkansas.

This role requires a pharmacist with at least two years of inpatient pharmacy experience and IV certification or equivalent IV experience. Candidates must also test negative for nicotine.

Shift details are as follows:

• Night shift: Thursday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend option available: Friday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM

The schedule follows a 7-on/7-off rotation starting Thursday night, with a weekend option every Friday to Sunday. There is no on-call responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacist license (RPH)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV certification or equivalent IV pharmacy experience
• Ability to pass nicotine screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Dispense and monitor intravenous medications
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
