Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager

Responsibilities Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees Lead, coach, and support field teams to ensure high performance Conduct quality control inspections at client locations Ensure company cleaning standards, safety procedures, and client expectations are consistently met Coordinate employee schedules and arrange coverage when needed Resolve operational issues and provide on-site support Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits Prepare and issue customer invoices Lead monthly team meetings and conduct employee performance evaluations Maintain operational reports and recommend process improvements Collaborate with company leadership to improve efficiency and service quality Qualifications Previous leadership experience in the commercial cleaning industry is required Experience recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on management style Ability to manage multiple client locations in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license, reliable car and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic business software English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Compensation & Benefits $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Goal Cleaning LLC
