Overview Ultrasound Technologist (Vascular Certified) – Travel assignment in Carbondale, Illinois. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Weekly pay range $2,522-$2,670. Conduct select non-vascular exams (e.g., abdominal, obstetric) as required; assist with OB services as available. Prepare patients, position correctly, apply gel, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Operate ultrasound equipment, adjust transducers and imaging settings, and acquire standardized images. Document results in the electronic medical record (Epic), label studies accurately, and communicate any critical findings per policy. Maintain a clean, safe work environment; adhere to infection control practices and routine equipment quality checks. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the care team; participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
