Job Description Job Description C. Miller Drilling is looking for Senior Water Well Drillers to join our team! Requirements Include: Operating and maintaining large mud rotary drilling rigs Operating and maintaining related equipment - forklifts, backhoes, mud systems 3+ years experience drilling/completing Municipal & Community Water Wells Managing drilling crew and project drilling operations Have or be able to promptly acquire Commercial Drivers License Ensure proper and consistent use of safety equipment Positive management of drill crew work and attitude control Strong team building and positive attitude building skills Thinking 2 steps ahead at all times to maintain progress & efficiency Compliance with company policies, guidelines, and expectations Must be able to lift weights over 95 lbs (such as bags of concrete or casing) Work in Texas weather conditions including rain, heat, cold Strong mechanical inclination & skills required Must be able to pass drug screening test with negative result Work is on location at Texas drilling sites Please apply with your full application/resume online, or at our offices, if you meet these standards.
