Overnight Front Desk Concierge - Prime West Knoxville* 12:00am (Midnight) - 8:00am | 32-hours / week* Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

Prime Independent Living is seeking a warm, professional, and service-minded Concierge to help create exceptional experiences for residents, families, guests, and team members every day.

As a Concierge, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play an important role in the daily life of the community. From welcoming guests and assisting residents to answering phones, coordinating deliveries, and supporting community operations, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the hospitality, care, and service that define the Prime experience.

What You'll DoCreate Exceptional First Impressions

• Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Serve as an ambassador for the Prime brand and culture.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.

• Assist visitors, answer questions, and help connect individuals with the appropriate team members.

Support Residents & Families

• Assist residents with requests, questions, and day-to-day needs.

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, floral deliveries, and other resident items.

• Support resident move-ins and help create a smooth and welcoming transition into the community.

• Maintain resident directories, emergency contact information, and community communication resources.

Community Operations & Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.

• Assist with correspondence, mailings, filing, and data entry.

• Monitor resident safety check-in systems and communicate concerns appropriately.

• Help maintain accurate records and community information.

Help Keep the Community Running Smoothly

• Monitor community entrances, alarms, cameras, and safety systems as directed.

• Maintain the appearance of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.

• Communicate maintenance concerns and operational issues to the appropriate department.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to support the resident experience.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with all departments to support community operations and resident satisfaction.

• Assist with resident events, special projects, and community initiatives.

• Support dining, activities, and other operational areas when needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to help create a seamless resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, administrative, or senior living experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and basic office technology.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

• A genuine passion for helping others and creating meaningful experiences.

• Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the community as needed.

• Successful completion of background screening and drug testing requirements.
