Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Behavioral Health Davidson, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center, provides treatment across a broad continuum of inpatient and outpatient services. Our center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Two years nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred. BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program. CPI certification required within 90 days of hire date. Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam. What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. About This Location: located in Davidson, NC, on a beautiful, serene campus shared with our inpatient adult behavioral health hospital.
