What You’ll Do as a Front-End Guest Services Specialist

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for their experience at iSmash. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Welcome Guests: Greet every guest with a warm smile and help them feel excited about their visit. - Provide Information: Answer questions about our activities, packages, and safety guidelines. - Manage Check-Ins: Assist guests with booking confirmations, waivers, and payments. - Ensure Safety: Communicate safety protocols and ensure all guests are prepared for their activities. - Support Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. - Deliver Memorable Experiences: Go above and beyond to make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe some splattered paint!).

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. - People Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities. - Organization: Strong multitasking skills to handle bookings, questions, and guest needs all at once. - Team Player: A collaborative spirit to work closely with teammates and ensure smooth operations. - Passion for Fun: A genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for others.
