Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Description Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent insurance agency. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the agency's continued growth and success.

Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $19.23 per hour (equivalent to $40,000 annually)
- Commission Potential: $2,000 - $10,000+ annually through cross-selling opportunities

- Review coverage options and offer tailored recommendations based on client needs.
- Follow up on quote opportunities and agency-generated leads.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to round out client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.
Required:
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
