Office Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a pool screen enclosure company, Screens N More LLC. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating job orders, and dispatching service teams. Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked. Coordinate office activities and assist team members with administrative tasks. Assist in processing invoices, payments, and work orders. Communicate with customers to schedule estimates, provide updates, and answer inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a construction or service industry. Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
