Real Estate Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a steady business through structure, consistency, and daily action while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn through hands-on mentorship and real-world training that helps you generate opportunities, strengthen conversations, convert leads, and build confidence through repetition and consistent activity. The focus is on developing strong client relationships, improving communication skills, and learning how to guide buyers through important decisions with clarity and professionalism.

You will work within clear systems that support daily progress while learning how consistent habits can create momentum and long-term growth in real estate. Surrounded by agents who value preparation, communication, and continuous improvement, you will continue building the skills and confidence needed to create a lasting real estate business over time.

Responsibilities

• Team and DB lead generation
• Lead follow-up
• Close buyer or seller sales
• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
• Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process

Qualifications

• Real estate license required
• Income reflects when hitting goals
• Sales experience
• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
