Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist to work in a multi-modality position, providing care in home health, outpatient, and acute environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong general experience with a focus on post-op recovery, sports injuries, and geriatrics. The role requires travel to various facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits. Responsibilities Deliver evaluations and treatment plans for clients in home health, outpatient, and acute settings. Provide therapy interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients, focusing on post-op recovery and sports injuries. Ensure comprehensive care for geriatric patients, addressing their unique therapeutic needs. Required Experience / Certifications Extensive experience in outpatient therapy is required. Preferably, experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Certification and licensure appropriate to the therapeutic discipline. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
