Phlebotomist Part time

Labcorp seeks a part-time phlebotomist for a patient service center in La Quinta, California. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, maintaining records, and delivering customer service in a clinical laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all patient age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient information accurately and process billing information
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- California state-issued phlebotomy license (CPT) or active application filed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more phlebotomy experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
Compensation: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
