Client Services Coordinator (Remote) – £32,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level Client Services | Customer Success | Business Support | Account Coordination About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Client Services Coordinator to join their growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Account Coordination, Administration, Business Support , or for graduates and career changers looking to build a rewarding career. Full training will be provided. As a Client Services Coordinator , you'll support clients throughout their journey, coordinate enquiries, maintain accurate records, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate client accounts and service requests. Update CRM systems and customer records. Support onboarding and client communications. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. Previous experience as a Client Services Coordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Success Associate, Account Coordinator, Client Support Administrator, Business Support Administrator, or Administrative Assistant is beneficial but not essential.
