Concordia Life Plan Community – Oklahoma City, OK
Full-Time Opportunity | Skilled Nursing Facility

Are you a passionate therapist ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to lead our therapy team at Concordia Life Plan Community , a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys making a difference in the lives of older adults while developing their leadership skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in:

- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Current state licensure required
Previous Rehab Director or management experience is a plus, but not required
Skilled Nursing and/or Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
