Benefits Summary Guaranteed 40 hours of work per week; paid travel time; mileage reimbursement Health benefit options: Health Access Preventative, Health Access Cooperative Employer funded Basic Life $15,000 (available to all full‑time and part‑time employees) Non‑Medical Benefits: Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, Legal Assistance, ID Theft, and pet discount program All health and non‑medical benefits effective on the 1st of the month following date of hire 401(k) options following one year of employment Paid Time Off: 128 hours annually (bi‑weekly allotment) Paid training: 75‑hour certificate, CPR, Nurse Delegation, NAR (paid to maintain), TB, Food Handlers card, and other clinical training programs Promotional opportunities – ask us about our career track Holiday pay: four paid holidays each year Behavior Intervention Specialist Job Responsibilities Review collected data and participate in collaboration meetings and indirect resource, program, and plan development Implement supports around clinical and behavioral needs, including plans for individuals with complex care needs Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure all needs are met for the individuals Support the clinical team in developing specific support plans and protocols as needed Attend and demonstrate the Green Zone, Ukeru, and Right Response training Position Requirements At least 21 years of age Experience with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities in Supported Living, Community Protection, and/or Crisis Diversion (preferred) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred (Behavior analysis, psychology, education or related discipline) One year experience as a qualified Behavioral Specialist/Trainer (highly preferred: BCaBA, RBT, etc.) Ability to travel to various program locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Proof of vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record Able to pass federal and state background checks and maintain clearance during employment Ability to interface with multiple data collection systems (e.g., Therap, ALP, Microsoft Forms, etc.) Compensation and Schedule Job type: Full‑time Wage: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday with weekend as needed, on‑call, holidays Location In person Hope Human Services is an equal opportunity and drug‑free employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
