You notice the little things other people miss You like being busy, not standing around You keep your space clean without being told twice You don't mind doing the same task over and over, and doing it well every time You get the job done without someone hovering over you Working with the plant Help trim, break down, and process plants after harvest. Handle everything carefully so quality stays high through drying and curing. Keeping things clean Wipe down and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment. Follow the rules (state and company) so everything stays compliant and safe. Getting product ready to ship Weigh, label, and pack product so it's consistent and ready to go out the door. Keeping count Track product as it moves, help with counts, and enter info into the system so the numbers stay accurate. Being someone people want on their shift: Show up, help out where needed, and keep things positive for the team.
