Generative AI LeadWe are hiring a Generative AI Lead to spearhead AI innovation at our Pleasanton, CA office. You will lead a team building next-generation GenAI solutions — from LLM-powered applications to multimodal systems — and drive the AI strategy across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions across product linesEvaluate and select appropriate foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) for enterprise use casesOversee prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and model evaluation practicesBuild responsible AI frameworks including guardrails, bias detection, and explainabilityCollaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the AI product strategyManage and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchersRequirements10+ years of AI/ML or software engineering experienceDemonstrated expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications at scaleDeep knowledge of transformer architectures, LLMs, and foundation modelsExperience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)Strong Python skills and familiarity with MLOps practicesUS Green Card or Citizenship requiredMust be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
