The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Current CPR certification Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation What You’ll Be Doing Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs. Meet Daily Productivity Standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.
