COMING AUGUST 2026 - Canton Rodeo is opening its first location in Paramus, NJ, and we're building our founding team. Canton Rodeo brings Hong Kong BBQ to the neighborhood in a fast, warm, craft-first format.
Prep Cook 2 (Fried Rice, Lo Mein and Vegetable Prep) is the engine of our wok station. You prep and cook fried rice, lo mein, and vegetables to spec, at volume, without dropping quality. What you'll do:- Prep and cook fried rice, lo mein, and vegetables to recipe
- Manage station output during high-volume service
- Follow prep lists and recipes precisely
- Maintain strict sanitation and food-safety standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and fast What we're looking for: a reliable, team-first person with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right. Wok or high-volume kitchen experience a plus. Pay: $18.75 - $19.75/hr. We're hosting a hiring event the week of July 27 (Mon 7/27, Tue 7/28, Wed 7/29, 10AM-3PM) in the Hackensack/Paramus area.
