Construction Project Manager
William Charles Construction
William Charles Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager I or II to support heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Midwest. In this role, you will assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; track quantities and project costs; and help ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with field supervisors and engineers, support contract and change order documentation, and contribute to a strong safety culture while developing your long-term career in heavy civil construction.
