What your days look like: Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board. Mentor RBTs & Case Managers - helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence. Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional. Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and clinical standards throughout. What you bring: Active BCBA Certification Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field 2+ years supervising clinical staff Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET) Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire Compensation & Perks: Hourly Rate : $45-$60 (depending on experience and education) Company-issued tablet or laptop Full Benefits (for FT employees): Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match, Paid time off and 10 Paid Holidays.
