Job Duties: Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. Qualifications: Current California Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist. Two years experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities. The PHF provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. This program serves clients experiencing a psychiatric crisis of such magnitude that it is unmanageable in the community. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community.
