Job Duties

Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery (We’ll Train You!)

2nd shift 2:30PM - 11PM

We’re hiring anyone who is ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

Feed books/signatures into machine.

Pack books into cartons.

Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.

Perform hand operations as required.

Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Physical & Work Environment:

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Walking: Must be able to walk with ease, as some operations require constant walking.

Standing: Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor, or wooden platform.

Lifting: Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously.

Twisting: Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist, up to 90 degrees, when loading or packing.

Minimum Education Required

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Minimum Experience Required

Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.

Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
